Behemoth and Venom announced for Bloodstock 2016!

Bloodstock Open Air have announced the first two bands for 2016’s edition of the festival, the legendary Venom and blackened death metal titans Behemoth!

The festival is still technically underway yet the organisers have kept to tradition by announcing at the festival.

Following SABATON‘s performance on the Friday night, the mighty VENOM were announced after huge demand from the fans for years.

And now, for a Bloodstock first, the festival organisers have announced the second band for 2016’s edition of the festival whilst this year’s is still underway. The mighty BEHEMOTH who performed back in 2012 with a headline performance marking the return of the band following Nergal‘s battle with leukaemia will return as special guests for Bloodstock next year.

The band will also be performing The Satanist in its entirety.
