Ghostfest have announced seven new bands for 2015’s edition of the annual festival. Despite having to cancel their upcoming European tour due to illness, Emmure, are set to return to Ghostfest as a UK exclusive.
Following on from a sensational performance at the recent Impericon Festival, rising British beatdown crew Desolated return to Ghostfest, showcasing that the band are clearly a fan favourite in the British alternative. Making debuts for this year’s edition of the festival, Oceano, Angel Du$t and Oathbreaker join the lineup whilst Broken Teeth are confirmed to play the third and smallest stage at the festival whilst Welsh newcomers Casey round up this announcement.
The bands announced join the likes of Rise of the Northstar, Slaughter To Prevail, Despised Icon, Turnstile and headliners Hatebreed and many more bands covering every aspect of the alternative music scene.
Unlike previous editions of Ghostfest, this year’s festival will run as a one day event instead of a two day event and will take place on two dates; September 5th at the University Union in Leeds and September 6th at the Motion in Bristol.
With still more bands to be announced Ghostfest 2015 is shaping up to be one of the must attend festivals of the year.
