Lamb of God, Amorphis and Dark Funeral announced for Bloodstock 2013

Virginian groove metallers Lamb of God have been announced as a UK exclusive for Bloodstock 2013, headlining on the saturday night. This marks the band’s first ever appearance at Bloodstock and showcases the growth the festival has enjoyed over the last several years.

In addition to Lamb of God, Finnish melodic death metal act Amorphis set to return to Bloodstock after their last performance back in 2010. Black Metal always seems prominent at Bloodstock and once again that has been fulfilled, Swedish Black Metal act Dark Funeral have also been announced set to bring evil to Bloodstock.

Lamb of God, Dark Funeral and Amorphis join a roster that boasts Friday headliners King Diamond, Anthrax, Accept, Firewind and Fozzy.

Bloodstock Open Air 2013 takes place from August 8-11 2013
