Nails announce “Sudden Hiatus” EU tour cancelled

Californian powerviolence trio NAILS appear to have gone on a “sudden hiatus” and cancelled their upcoming EU/UK tour.

The band have yet to make an official statement on any of their official social media channels, but the event pages for their upcoming EU and UK tour which includes a slot at Damnation Festival have been cancelled with the following explanation posted on the page for their London appearance:

“Unfortunately the show NAILS plus FULL OF HELL on 7th November has now been CANCELLED due to the band going on sudden hiatus. Full ticket refunds are available from point of purchase.”

Another promoter posted that “NAILS have gone on hiatus with no plan to play live or record again.”

Furthermore, Spencer Hazard of FULL OF HELL who were billed to appear alongside NAILS on the EU tour has posted on his personal Facebook that he is no longer travelling to Europe on those dates.

We await further confirmation from the band on the nature of the hiatus.

NAILS‘ last album You Will Never Be One of Us was released in June on Nuclear Blast Records.

Whilst we wait to bring you official confirmation on the hiatus, you can find out more information on NAILS via their official Facebook page
