13 new bands have been announced for this year’s 2000trees Festival!
Following last month’s announcement, which saw the likes of AMERICAN FOOTBALL, DESTROY BOYS, BRUTUS and more added to the lineup, now, another 13 new bands have been confirmed for this year’s festival!
Leading the charge in the latest announcement is SOFT PLAY (formerly known as SLAVES), who will headline the Thursday, whilst DINOSAUR PILE-UP, HELL IS FOR HEROES and LOVE IS NOISE will all perform across the festival this July.
Also confirmed is B-SYDES, BILK, BEACH RIOT, CARSICK, CONGRATULATIONS, CLARENCE, GAFFA TAPE SANDY, HAGGARD CAT, and NOISY.
Speaking about headlining this year’s festival, SOFT PLAY says, “absolutely buzzing to be back headlining 2000trees after all this time. It’s gonna be mental.”
Speaking about the new announcement, festival organiser James Scarlett says “we’re thrilled to be able to confirm SOFT PLAY (formerly known as SLAVES) are headlining the Thursday at 2000trees! New name, same songs, same incredible live show! They first played the festival in an early slot in 2014 before headlining in 2017 – so to have them back again now both the band and festival are bigger and better than ever is going to be something special.”
2000trees Festival will take place at Upcote Farm, near Cheltenham, Gloucestershire on July 5th-8th 2023. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased here.
