PREMIERE: So Alone – On Your Nerves

We here at Distorted Sound are delighted to premiere the new music video from ON YOUR NERVES!

The new music video, for the track So Alone, is taken from the Pittsburgh, PA-based pop-punk band’s upcoming debut album, Brace For The Best, which is scheduled to be released tomorrow, via Static Era Records.

Speaking about the song, the band tells us, “despite the up-beat nature of So Alone, I was in a very somber state when I wrote this song. The main inspiration came from being stuck in my own head and having a hard time climbing out of it. During the last chorus of the song, the line changes from ‘there’s a party in my house but I’m alone’ to ‘there’s a party in my dorm room so I’ll go.’ We had actually come up with that alternate lyric by accident and we ended up keeping it in at the end, and I think the line, however small, adds a lot more depth to the song, and for a lot of us, it’s our favorite line in the song.”
