156/Silence release new song ‘Say The Phrase’

156/SILENCE have released a new song!

Titled Say The Phrase, the new song is taken from the American metallic hardcore band’s upcoming album Narrative, which is scheduled to be released in September this year via SharpTone Records.

Speaking about the new song, guitarist Jimmy Howell says, “Say The Phrase was the first song I started writing for Narrative back in the Spring of 2020. It has some familiar elements for us but it really set the tone for the types of songs we wanted to write.” 

Vocalist Jack Murray adds on the track’s themes, “Phases fade. Dazes weigh. Constance evades us and vagrancy stays. Complacency shades us. Our angst is delayed. ‘Silence is golden’ the phrase that they say.”
