Distant announce new album ‘Heritage’
DISTANT have announced a new album!
Titled Heritage, the upcoming album from the Dutch deathcore band is the follow-up to 2021’s Aeons Of Oblivion, and is scheduled to be released in February next year, via Century Media Records.
Alongside the announcement of the new album, the band have released a new music video for a new song lifted from the upcoming album; Orphan Of Blight. The new song is the third single to be released from the upcoming album; following on from Exofilth and Human Scum.
Speaking about the new song, the band says, “if there ever was to be a song that encapsulates everything DISTANT is, then it’s Orphan Of Blight from our upcoming album, Heritage. With our signature mix of theatrical and energetic delivery, Orphan Of Blight also includes an opera singer as the wonderful icing on a devastating deathcore cake!”
