Citizen announce new album ‘Calling The Dogs’
CITIZEN have announced a new album!
Titled Calling The Dogs, the upcoming album from the Michigan-based band is the follow-up to 2021’s Life In Your Glass World, and is scheduled to be released in October this year, via Run For Cover Records.
Alongside the announcement of the new album, the band have released a new music video for a new song lifted from the upcoming album; If You’re Lonely. Speaking about the new song, vocalist Mat Kerekes says, “I grew up around a narcissistic parent and absorbed a lot of that behaviour over time, negatively affecting people close to me. If You’re Lonely is about recognising that, growing from it, and becoming a reliable shoulder to lean on.”
