See You Next Tuesday announce new album ‘Relapses’

SEE YOU NEXT TUESDAY have announced a new album!

Titled Relapses, the new album from the Bay City grind/death/mathcore outfit is a re-edit of their latest album Distractions, and is scheduled to be released in February next year via Good Fight Music. Inspired by FEAR FACTORY’s 1997 remix album Remanufacture, the songs on Relapses use components of the songs from Distractions to create an original record. The album also sees the band working with a number of other artists, including THOTCRIME, ZOMBIESHARK!, JOHN CXNNOR, BLACK MAGNET and more.

Alongside the announcement of the album, the band have released a music video for two new songs, Repeating Patterns and The Sweetest Pot, which feature Kyle Medina of BODYSNATCHER and Rich Lombardi of THE SAWTOOTH GRIN respectively.

Speaking about working with the band, Medina comments, “SEE YOU NEXT TUESDAY is such a monumental band for me, I remember listening to this band in high school thinking it was the peak of chaotic evil music, just a sonic assault of maniac music. And now they are back, Drew had asked me about doing a song/spot and I honestly couldn’t believe it. Had a massive amount of fun recording this and it was an absolute honor.”

Lombardi adds, “When an opportunity to collaborate makes this much sense, conceptually, artistically, and creatively, you simply must set aside your detest for guest features and scream for 37 seconds. That’s what I always say, anyway.”
