Download Festival announce 22 new bands
22 new bands have been announced for this year’s Download Festival!
After announcing a huge stack of bands, including main stage headliners QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE, FALL OUT BOY and AVENGED SEVENFOLD, in November, now, another 22 bands have been announced for the UK’s biggest rock and metal festival!
Leading the charge in the new announcement is TOM MORELLO, ENTER SHIKARI and BLACK STONE CHERRY whilst FRANK CARTER & THE RATTLESNAKES and BUSTED will all perform across the festival this June. Also confirmed to perform at this year’s festival is THE STRUTS, OF MICE & MEN, WHEATUS, ELECTRIC CALLBOY, MR BUNGLE, ESCAPE THE FATE, THE HUNNA, AVIVA, HEALTH, CEMETERY SUN, ASINHELL, NE OBLIVISCARIS, ZEBRAHEAD, GUILT TRIP, ITHACA, CODE ORANGE and ROYAL REPUBLIC.
Speaking about performing at this year’s festival, BUSTED says, “we are honoured and privileged to be at Download Festival this year. To be on a bill with so many acts that have inspired us and continue to make us want to be a better band is a real moment in our career. We have had the most amazing 12 months of being BUSTED, and now we have this to add to the list. We are gonna go all out…Get ready to jump up and down and lose your minds with us. BUSTED at Download!
