PREMIERE: Torn From Within – High Reeper

We here at Distorted Sound are pleased to premiere the brand new song from HIGH REEPER!

The new song, titled Torn From Within, is taken from the Philadelphia-based heavy rock band’s upcoming new album, Renewed By Death (the follow-up to 2019’s Higher Reeper), which is scheduled to be released in October this year, via Heavy Psych Sounds.

Speaking about the new song, the band tells us, “we wanted to lean into our love of 80s and 90s metal without pulling away from our love of 70s doom. Torn From Within sets the tone for what this album is about – if you love something set it on fire and watch it writhe, see what’s born from the ash.”
