Turmion Kätilöt announce new album ‘Reset’

TURMION KÄTILÖT have announced a new album!

Titled Reset, the upcoming album from the Finnish industrial metal band is the follow-up to last year’s Omen X, and is scheduled to be released in October this year, via Nuclear Blast Records.

Speaking about the upcoming album, vocalist MC Raaka Pee says, “I would say that Reset is like a bastard son or daughter of previous records – with tasty new spices added to the whole thing. It has everything you could ever want from us and more. One of the special twist of this album is the vocal parts: the fierce screams are counterbalanced by a huge melodiousness – often at the same time.”

Alongside the announcement of the new album, TURMION KÄTILÖT have released a new music video for a new song lifted from the upcoming album; Yksi Jumalista. Speaking about he new song, MC Raaka Pee shares, “especially in difficult situations, I’ve learned to ask both myself and others, ‘What do you want?’ I’ve noticed that when arguments and conflicts arise, people often don’t really know what they truly want. In tense situations, that question is incredibly important to ask – otherwise, the main issue is likely to get lost in all the noise.”
