Tons Of Rock Festival announce 27 new bands

Tons Of Rock Festival have announced 27 new bands for next year’s festival!

Following October’s announcement, which saw the likes of GREEN DAY, ELECTRIC CALLBOY, EMPEROR, LORNA SHORE and more confirmed, now, another 27 bands have been announced for next year’s rock and metal festival in Oslo, Norway.

Leading the charge in the new announcement is headliners MUSE, KAIZERS ORCHESTRA and AVENGED SEVENFOLD, whilst the likes of DREAM THEATER, SEX PISTOLS FEATURING FRANK CATER, WEEZER, MEGADETH and MACHINE HEAD will all perform at next year’s festival next June.

Also confirmed is BLACK DEBBATH, CANDLEMASS, WHITECHAPEL, LANDMVRKS, TURBONEGRO, ORBIT CULTURE, BLEED FROM WITHIN, BAD NERVES, DEAD POET SOCIETY, DIMMU BORGIR, MESHUGGAH, HURRA TORPEDO, POPPY, EXODUS, DEAFHEAVEN, DJERV, TJARDA, DARK ANGEL and MOLLROCK.

Speaking about the new announcement, festival organiser Jarle Kvåle shares, “we are extremely proud to present the legendary MUSE at Tons of Rock 2025. It’s a dream band for us and an exclusive booking we know will bring joy to many. I saw them in Mexico last year and was blown away by the energy and show they delivered. We’ve been trying to get AVENGED SEVENFOLD for many years, and it’s incredible they’re finally coming to us. To be able to announce 20 other huge bands at the same time, including the likes of MEGADETH and MACHINE HEAD, makes this a historically strong lineup.”
