Coheed & Cambria announce new album ‘Vaxis Act III: The Father Of Make Believe’

COHEED & CAMBRIA have announced a new album!

Titled Vaxis Act III: The Father Of Make Believe, the upcoming album from the American progressive rock band is the follow-up to 2022’s Vaxis Act II: A Window Of The Waking Mind, and is scheduled to be released in March next year, via Virgin Music Group.

The upcoming album intends to see the band establishing a desire to move forward while honouring a remarkable history. Another: a series of questions, emotions, and thoughts at war with each other — “a war within myself,” as bandleader, vocalist and lead guitarist Claudio Sanchez puts it.

Alongside the announcement of the new album, the band have released a new music video for a new song lifted from the upcoming album; Searching For Tomorrow. The new song is the second single to be released from the upcoming album, following on from Blind Side Sonny, which was released last month.

Speaking about the new single, Sanchez shares, “the song is a reminder that always looking for something better in your life robs you of being able to appreciate the good things you already have.”
