Black Coast release new music video for ‘MOTION’

BLACK COAST have released a new music video!

The new music video, for the track MOTION, is the brand new single from the Stoke-on-Trent-based nu-metal band and marks their first new music since their self-titled EP, which was released in April last year, via self-release.

Speaking about the new song, and its accompanying music video, vocalist Charlie Hewitt says, “MOTION is really about my own struggles with feeling like I can never slow down. There’s this constant pressure to keep going and I find it hard to just stop and let go; mentally and physically, it takes a toll. What hits me the hardest is how easy it is to hide what’s going on inside. People can pretend everything’s fine, but deep down, they’re struggling. This song is for anyone who’s ever felt like that. It’s something I deal with, and I think a lot of people will relate.

The concept behind the MOTION video visualises the internal battle I face. It’s a journey through different forms of torment, things that aren’t always visible on the surface but become exposed in the video. The visuals capture the feeling of being at war inside yourself as these struggles are brought to light, reflecting the intense emotions and mental strain that often remain unseen for most people who interact with you.”
