Dead Heat announce new album ‘Process Of Elimination’

DEAD HEAT have announced a brand new album!

The West Coast crossover thrashers will release Process Of Elimination in October this year, via Metal Blade Records. Produced by the band alongside Paul Fig [DEFTONES, TRIVIUM, JERRY CANTRELL], the album follows 2021’s World at War and sees the band pushing their sound into heavier, more complex territory.

“Lyrically, I wanted to touch on a bit of everything, with every song about a different topic,” notes vocalist Chris Ramos. “I feel like I was able to articulate a better understanding of what I was trying to express previously.”

Alongside the announcement, the band have shared a new single, By My Will. Speaking about the track, Ramos says, “By My Will is more or less about the idea of getting revenge on the ones who’ve hurt you and left you for dead. The message sent is basically that I now have the upper hand and ‘by my will’ I will come out as the one on top in the end and make sure you know it.”
