The Hara release new music video for ‘Violence’
THE HARA have released a brand new single!
The new track, Violence, features Bethany Hunter Jiménez of AS DECEMBER FALLS and is the latest cut from the Manchester-based alternative rock band’s upcoming album, The Fallout, which is scheduled to be released on January 23rd, via Mascot Records.
Speaking about the electrifying collaboration between THE HARA and AS DECEMBER FALLS, vocalist Josh Taylor shares, “when we wrote Violence, we always had in mind that it would be incredible to have a strong female voice on the track to really bring out the two characters and the emotion of what the song is about and when we heard Beth (AS DECEMBER FALLS) was interested, we knew it would be a perfect fit. Her high pop punk vocals take it to a whole new level and she absolutely killed it on both the song and the music video.
It’s a love story without a clear villain. It’s about two people desperately trying to make something work, even though it was never meant to last. The pain, the hurt, the manipulation – they’ve come to mistake all of it for love. And because of that, they can’t bring themselves to let go.”
