Heavy Psych Sounds Fest Athens has announced the first bands for 2026!

Following its 2025 debut, the European stoner, doom, and psych rock celebration returns to Athens for its second edition on April 3rd and 4th, 2026, bringing tectonic riff power to the land of the gods.

Curated by Heavy Psych Sounds Records, the festival will once again take over ARCH Club and Universe. Headlining this year’s chapter are Greece’s own riff titans PLANET OF ZEUS and German heavy psychedelic masters COLOUR HAZE. They’ll be joined by the raw sludge of Sardinian trio 1782, the occult doom rituals of WITCHTHROAT SERPENT, the rock’n’roll grooves of DISMISS, and the desert-fueled stoner rock of FUZZRIDER. More bands will be announced soon!

Heavy Psych Sounds Fest Athens will take place at ARCH Club & Universe, Athens from April 3rd-4th 2026. Tickets are available now and can be purchased here.
