Exhumed announce new album ‘Red Asphalt’
EXHUMED have announced a brand new album!
Titled Red Asphalt, the record is scheduled to be released on February 20th via Relapse Records. The upcoming album is the follow-up to 2022’s To The Dead.
Speaking about the new album, Matt Harvey says, “we’re very stoked to be back in your ear-holes with Red Asphalt. Our recent albums have taken you with us through the graveyards and operating theaters of 19th century Scotland, the horror aisles of the video rental stores of our youths, and through the band’s history itself. This time around, we’re inviting you to accompany us to a place that we spend a disproportionate amount of our lives, someplace familiar yet far more dangerous than it feels, a place that can take you to the hospital or the grave in more ways than you can imagine: the American roadway.”
The news comes alongside the release of a new single and video for Unsafe At Any Speed, the first track to be lifted from the album.
