Delilah Bon releases new music video for ‘ILLEGAL ALIENS’

DELILAH BON has released a new single!

The UK brat‑punk pioneer has unleashed her fierce new protest track ILLEGAL ALIENS, written in opposition to human‑rights abuses “across the Atlantic, on our streets and in our homes.” Having sat on the song for a full year due to pressure to self‑censor and fears that speaking out might jeopardise her entry into the US for her now‑cancelled tour, DELILAH BON returns with complete freedom and renewed fire: “People need protest music and now is the right moment to speak out.”

Speaking about the ignition behind the track, DELILAH BON says, “seeing the brutality towards immigrants – many of which have lived and worked in the US their whole lives – imprisoned in these inhumane camps breaks my heart. There’s thousands of kids alone in those camps, families are searching for their loved ones. I wrote this song a year ago today and after cancelling my US tour it felt like a moment to finally release it. This song is about activism and protest, pointing the finger at those that divide us and uniting together in our collective rage.”

With the track now censored in several regions and muted on social platforms, BON is making downloads directly available, with a selection of back‑catalogue tracks this month donating proceeds to MIRAC (Minnesota Immigrant Rights Action Committee), a grassroots organisation supporting immigrant families with groceries, legal advice, food banks and protest mobilisation.”

Following the cancellation of her US tour – due to fans warning of escalating ICE activity, detainments and safety issues for LGBTQ+ and POC attendees – BON states, “my crowds are very diverse in the US. I have many POC fans that are in hiding, many trans fans who are afraid of being body‑searched by federal agents and it filled me with rage imagining my shows becoming a target. My fans were so supportive of my decision, I had many people reach out to me and offer support.”

In response, DELILAH BON is organising a charity event in Leeds in May 2026, dedicated to her US fans and raising funds for immigrants affected by ICE raids and family separation. The full show will be professionally filmed and recorded, with the possibility of a HD livestream. On the event’s significance, BON adds, “we will be screaming extra loud for them all and creating something historical which’ll be part of a new documentary I’m working on. The show will be announced in the next few days and will be my main headline show in the UK this year.”
