Frozen Soul announce new album ‘No Place Of Warmth’
FROZEN SOUL have announced a brand new album!
The Dallas, Texas death metal band will release their new full-length, No Place Of Warmth, on May 8th via Century Media Records. The record serves as the follow-up to 2023’s Glacial Domination and features guest appearances from Gerard Way (MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE), Robb Flynn (MACHINE HEAD), and Devin Swank (SANGUISUGABOGG).
In celebration of the announcement, the band have released the title track, No Place Of Warmth (feat. Gerard Way). The new song is the second single to be released from the upcoming album, following on from Absolute Zero, which was released earlier this month.
Speaking about the new single, vocalist Chad Green says, “No Place of Warmth is about life at its coldest and the choice you have to let it consume you, or to use it to find warmth in a world that feels void of it. Life is always coming at you, and death doesn’t stop – you might slow it down, but it’s always coming – so you have to make the best out of it and march on.”
On the collaboration, Green adds, “we met Gerard a couple of years ago and have become friends. I knew he had a love for metal, so I spun the idea to him about singing in a FROZEN SOUL song and he was stoked! Gerard is an amazing artist and musician whose creative vision has shaped generations and more to come.”
