Sabina Beyli releases new song ‘Bones’
SABINA BEYLI has released a brand new single!
Titled Bones, the new track sees the Azerbaijani-born alt-rock artist deliver one of her most stark and deeply personal releases to date. Exploring body image struggles and the lasting impact of disordered eating, Bones is driven by raw, atmospheric production and unfiltered, emotionally stripped-back lyricism.
Speaking about the track, Beyli shares, “Bones is a personal record rooted in my lifelong struggle with body image and eating disorders. I wrote the song with my friend and co-writer Tuta, following a session where my producer and I built the instrumental. Once the production was in place, the emotion poured out naturally, it became less about writing a song and more about telling the truth. The record reflects the psychological weight of disordered eating, self-criticism, and the way these struggles quietly consume so many people. Bones is not about glorifying pain, it’s about recovery, awareness, and compassion. Millions of people live with these battles every day, often in silence, and this song is my way of saying: you’re not alone, healing is possible, and we need to be kinder to ourselves and each other.”
