Glasswaves release new music video for ‘fvck.me.up’
GLASSWAVES have signed to SharpTone Records and released a new music video!
The Rochester, New York‑based trio have announced their signing to SharpTone Records and to mark the occasion, the band have shared the official music video for new single fvck.me.up.
Speaking on the new single, vocalist Noah Rich explains, “what started as a completely different idea slowly turned into a mix of electronic textures and heavy guitars that just felt right. Once the chorus came together, everything really clicked into place. At its core, the song is about destructive love and emotional dependency that pulls you toward something you know isn’t good for you but can’t let go of.
Within the world we’re building as GLASSWAVES, it reflects that loss of control and the feeling of giving yourself over to something bigger, whether that’s a person, a system, or something inside your own mind. This track is the first piece of a bigger story that will keep unfolding with every release.”
Commenting on their signing to SharpTone Records, the band adds, “being able to say GLASSWAVES is signed to SharpTone Records is honestly surreal. It’s a label we’ve looked up to for a long time, and knowing we’re also connected to the legacy of Nuclear Blast makes it even more meaningful. Starting this new chapter with our single fvck.me.up feels like a perfect way to begin.”
