TX2 release new music video for ‘Confession’

TX2 have released a new music video!

The fast-rising alternative band have unveiled their latest single Confession, a raw and deeply personal track that sees bassist Corky stepping forward vocally alongside Evan Thomas.

The song marks the band’s first new music since their debut album End Of Us, released in January, which helped establish TX2 as one of alternative music’s fastest-growing new names, following a sold-out UK headline tour and rapid online growth.

Speaking of the new single, Evan Thomas from the band shares, “I grew up religious, and as a queer person when I was growing up I struggled hard with my sexuality. I thought there was a demon in me and something was wrong. Then I realized the problem wasn’t me, it was religion directly conflicting with science and my attraction. Confession was my chance to regain that power I felt like I lost when I first realized I wasn’t straight. For Corky on the other hand, it’s much more. She spent even longer feeling guilty and trapped and this is her chance to let it out. This song is powerful to us.”

The release lands ahead of a run of UK and European festival appearances, including Download Festival, Rock am Ring and Rock for People.
