Wayfarer release new music video for ‘Perdition’s Crossing’

WAYFARER have released a new music video!

The new track, Perdition’s Crossing, marks the first new music from the Colorado black metal outfit since the release of their critically acclaimed 2023 album American Gothic. Featuring guest vocals from David Eugene Edwards (16 HORSEPOWER, WOVENHAND), the song sees the band exploring darker and more cinematic Americana-inspired territory while retaining the haunting atmosphere that has become synonymous with their sound.

The track also serves as the first taste of the band’s forthcoming new album, Riders Of The Setting Sun, which is scheduled for release in late 2026.

Speaking about the collaboration, the band shares, “we have long walked a path that was very much informed by Denver Sound legends like 16 HORSEPOWER, and WOVENHAND, among many others. To work alongside someone like David Eugene Edwards is not only a bit of a dream come true for us, but also a perfect way for us to start down new roads of the WAYFARER sound that are being fleshed out. We are excited for this collaboration to finally see the light of day.”

Recorded in Colorado, the song was produced by Ben Chisholm (CHELSEA WOLFE), engineered by James Barone (BEACH HOUSE), mixed by Iver Sandoy (ENSLAVED), and mastered by Alan Douches (CONVERGE).
