70000TONS OF METAL announce more bands for 2027 voyage!
The world’s biggest heavy metal cruise have announced a further 16 bands for next year’s voyage, alongside details of public ticket sales for the 2027 edition.
The festival will return from January 14th-18th, 2027, sailing from Miami, Florida to Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic aboard Royal Caribbean’s Freedom Of The Seas. Earlier this year, the cruise revealed its first 14 artists, including ARCH ENEMY, EVERGREY, OBSCURA, MOONSPELL, WARBRINGER, ENFORCER, ÆTHER REALM, EQUILIBRIUM, BRAINSTORM, DIE APOKALYPTISCHEN REITER, MELECHESH, MORS PRINCIPIUM EST, THULCANDRA, and ULI JON ROTH.
The newly announced artists joining next year’s voyage are:

- EXODUS
- FAMOUS STRANGERS
- HAMMERFALL
- NAGLFAR
- ORIGIN
- PRIMAL FEAR

- TALIA HOIT
- WOLFHEART
- YE BANISHED PRIVATEERS
A further 30 bands are still to be announced. The cruise has also confirmed a special world premiere performance from WOLFHEART, who will perform their forthcoming new album live in full for the first time onboard the ship. Speaking about the appearance, WOLFHEART mastermind Tuomas Saukkonen shares, “it is an absolute honor to step on the deck of the mighty 70000TONS OF METAL for the third time, on one of the most majestic metal events in this universe. This time we are bringing something special with us: the world live premiere of our forthcoming album!!!”
