Downswing release new music video for ‘At My Worst’

DOWNSWING have released a new single!

The New York metalcore outfit have unveiled At My Worst, their first new music since the release of And Everything Was Dark, which arrived via MNRK Heavy in late 2025.

The new track sees the band continuing to evolve their blend of crushing metalcore, expansive melody and emotionally charged songwriting. It also arrives ahead of the band’s upcoming UK and European tour dates with CASEY this September.

Speaking about the new single, the band shares, “At My Worst at its core is about the struggle to find and maintain balance in all aspects of life. Trying to chase the hopes and dreams you once saw yourself attaining, but not fully realizing what the true cost of that was and how it would impact other aspects of your life.”
