Desertfest London announce first wave of bands for 2027

Desertfest London have announced the first wave of bands for next year’s festival!

After a blockbuster 2026, the UK’s premier stoner, doom and heavy rock festival has unveiled the first bands confirmed for its 2027 edition, set to take place across Camden Town, London from May 21st to 23rd.

Leading the first wave announcement are legendary Washington sludge pioneers MELVINS, who have been confirmed as the festival’s first headliner. They’ll be joined by a stacked bill featuring Swedish doom heavyweights MONOLORD, German blackened sludge duo MANTAR, Virginia experimental metallers INTER ARMA, Canadian sludge merchants DOPETHRONE, and Seattle doom duo YEAR OF THE COBRA.

Also announced for the festival are DESERT STORM, THE GRUDGE, MODDER, KANAAN, OMO, and ROW OF ASHES.

Desertfest London takes place from May 21st-23rd, 2027 across multiple venues in Camden Town, London. Tickets are available now and can be purchased here.
