The North Yorkshire black metal festival has unveiled the final additions to its 2027 lineup, completing the bill for next year’s fifth anniversary event at Scarborough Spa from May 28th-30th.
Fresh from this week’s blockbuster announcement, which saw the likes of WATAIN, STORMKEEP, MARE, SULPHUR AEON and more revealed, ULTHA, FIRTAN, PERCHTA and FROSTGARD join the lineup, while BLOOD COUNTESS has also been added to the Friday night Fortress: First Light pre-show alongside WATAIN and TERRESTRIAL HOSPICE.

Speaking about the completed line-up, festival founder and director Gary Stephenson says, “we’ve created the strongest line-up the UK has ever seen for our fifth anniversary of Fortress Festival. It’s only been a few months since Fortress 2026, and we are already down to our final ticket allocation for next year. It’s given us the space to really create something special for you all for 2027. Thank you to everyone who supports this event!”
