Haggard Cat release new music video for ‘Bad News (Travels Fast)’

HAGGARD CAT have released a new music video!

The new music video, for the track Bad News (Travels Fast), is taken from the band’s forthcoming new album Challenger which is scheduled to be released later this month. Speaking about the new song, vocalist and guitarist Matt Reynolds says, Bad News( Travels Fast) was one of the first songs we wrote for Challenger. It’s also one of our live favourites. It’s about Chinese whispers and our tendency to fascinate on the negative. Bad news travels fast, rise above it and focus on other things.”

Following the release of the new album, the band will hit the road on a headline tour across the UK in support of their new release. Speaking about the tour, Matt Reynolds says, “we’ve been keeping these songs under-wraps for so long now that we can’t believe it’s finally almost time to push the album out into everyone’s ears! To celebrate it we’re doing a big old fashioned DIY tour of the UK around some of our favourite venues with some of the UK’s best underground promoters. There’s going to be a lot of old friends, and new faces alike; not to mention a fuck tonne of riffs in some of the UKs most exciting and energetic tiny sweat-box venues. It’s going to be sick!”

UK tour dates are as follows:

25 April The Parish Huddersfield UK
26 April The Alma Inn Bolton UK
27 April The Crescent York UK
28 April Sebright Arms London UK
29 April The Craufurd Arms Milton Keynes UK Free show!
