25 new acts announced for Camden Rocks Festival
Camden Rocks Festival have confirmed 25 more acts for this year’s event!
New additions to the Camden Rocks Festival 2016 lineup include CARL BARÂT & THE JACKALS, BILLY BRAGG, CREEPER, GLEN MATLOCK, GUN, CC SMUGGLERS, TELLISON, ZOAX, THE HELL, YOUTH CLUB, VUKOVI, GOLDRAY, REIGNING DAYS, WEARING SCARS, AVAGRACE (UK), FRANCOBOLLO, THE HYENA KILL, THE PEARL HARTS, ANITA CHELLAMAH, JPNSGRLS, FAERS, S.E.X, STARING OUT THE SUN, SHEA and ALIVE WITH EYES.
They join a lineup already featuring the likes of SIKTH, YOUNG GUNS, WE ARE THE OCEAN, GINGER WILDHEART, INME, NORMA JEAN, NEW YEARS DAY and EVIL SCARECROW.
BILLY BRAGG will be in conversation about his new lyric book “A Lover Sings” with Daniel Rachel, acclaimed author of Isle of Noises: Conversations with Great British Songwriters, punctuated with songs and Q&A in what promises to be a very special performance.
“Its great to be taking part in Camden Rocks this year and I’m really looking forward to discussing my lyrics and playing a few songs,” states BRAGG. “Camden remains at the heart of where generations of new music got its start and I’m proud to be a part of that tradition.”
