PREMIERE: No More Empathy – Black Tree Vultures
Distorted Sound is delighted to premiere the brand new music video from BLACK TREE VULTURES!
The new music video, for the track No More Empathy, is taken from their upcoming self-titled EP which is scheduled to be released in April.
Speaking about the new music video, bassist Ched Cheeseman says, “the biggest element of BLACK TREE VULTURES is our live show. It’s how we’re growing our fan base and making a name for ourselves. We aimed to capture the feeling of being at a BTV gig and showcasing what it would be like. We certainly feel we’ve achieved that in the video for No More Empathy!”

The band arrived at Outhouse Studios to work with John Mitchell (YOU ME AT SIX, ENTER SHIKARI, ARCHITECTS) at the end of 2018. They wanted a fresh approach for their next EP, so they cut all three tracks live. Drummer Jonno Smyth elaborates, “we wanted to show everyone what the band were capable of. Recording this EP live was certainly a different approach, and it has paid off. We’ve always been inspired by bands such as IRON MAIDEN, METALLICA & QUEEN, and I think you can hear our influences coming through on this release. It was superb working with John Mitchell; he’s an absolute legend of a man!”
Black Tree Vultures is set for release on April 19th via BTV Records.
