Alyx Holcombe announces immersive fan experience ‘MANTRA’
Alyx Holcombe has announced a very cool event!
Titled MANTRA, the brand new monthly event hosted by the award-winning radio presenter and alt music champion will give fans the opportunity to witness live music and DJ sets from Alyx herself, but also the chance to meet their new favourite bands, get items signed and pick up merch – all whilst supporting London’s grassroots venues.
The first event, hosted alongside DHP and UTA at The Grace in Islington, London on October 15th features a lineup of UNPEOPLE and OVERSIZE. Tickets are available now and can be purchased here.
Speaking about the launch of the event series, Alyx Holcombe tells us, “MANTRA is an immersive fan experience. There’s not a place anymore where you can have a meet and greet with an artist you’ve started loving which won’t cost an arm and a leg. The world of socials has taken away that real life human connection from bands and fans, their DMs are flooded and not every message can be replied to. I want to get the current and next generation excited about new bands again and help the bands create that solid network of fans. The artists on the line-up for these nights are ones I’ve championed from the start and truly believe in. Can’t wait for you to check them out!”
UNPEOPLE says, “we are incredibly excited that we’ve been able to tie in our first headline show with the first edition of Alyx Holcombe’s MANTRA.
