Amon Amarth announce UK tour for October/November

AMON AMARTH have announced a UK tour for later this year!

The Swedish melodic death metallers have announced a UK tour in October/November 2016 following the release of their latest album Jomsviking released March 2016. AMON AMARTH will be supported by thrash legends TESTAMENT and Swedish heavy metal outfit GRAND MAGNUS. This information was released following their main stage slot at Download Festival. The tour dates include Birmingham, Manchester, Dublin, Glasgow, and London.

With regards to their tour, AMON AMARTH have exclaimed: “after three years away we are returning to your lands and are bringing with us our biggest headline show ever! Sharpen your weapons, fortify your embankments and hide your loved ones. We are bringing our berserker party to a town near you and hope to see you there so you can “Raise Your Horns” together with us to glory!”

This is their tenth album, and features session drummer Tobias Gustafsson following the departure of Fredrik Andersson after seventeen years with the band.
