Amorphis release new music video for ‘On The Dark Waters’

AMORPHIS have released a new music video!

The new music video, for the track On The Dark Waters, is taken from the Finnish melodic death metal band’s upcoming new album, Halo, which is scheduled to be released in February this year. The new music video was filmed in the Finnish snow and directed by Pekka Hara.

Speaking about the new song, lyricist Pekka Kainulainen says, “I got the idea to reverse the direction of the Tuonela stream – Tuonela is the realm of the dead in Finnish mythology. So I started writing from the moment of death… And death was not the end, but the beginning.”
