Apart release new song ‘Old Tapes’

APART have released a new song!

Titled Old Tapes, it is the latest single to be taken from the French indie emo rock trio’s upcoming debut album Through The Cracks, which is scheduled to be released next week via Flake Records (Japan), Clever Eagle Records (USA), Disque Ardent and Emergence Records (France).

Speaking about the track, vocalist/guitarist Vianney Dupont comments, “It’s a song about the ruminations that rot our minds. We compare them to old tapes played over and over in our heads, which are hard to press the STOP button on. We thought it would be interesting to write a contrasting song, with a worrying theme on the one hand, and something upbeat and bright on the other. It’s that very vibe that allows you to rise to the surface and regain your serenity!”
