Aquilus release new song ‘Lucille’s Gate’

AQUILUS have released a new song!

Titled Lucille’s Gate, the single has been taken from the atmospheric metal band’s second full-length album, Bellum I which is scheduled for release in December.

Lucille’s Gate is the second single from the album, following from Into Wooded Hollows. Speaking about the new song, band mastermind Horace Rosenqvist says, “this track showcases some of the more blackened metal elements on the album and the killer drumming by the AQUILUS live/session drummer Zebadee Scott.”

Continuing to talk about the upcoming album, Rosenqvist adds, “Bellum I is an atmospheric metal album with a fusion of classical film, folk, and black metal influences, continuing in the tradition of the work started on the first album, Griseus, and evolving to new levels.”
