Architects release new music video for ‘Black Lungs’
ARCHITECTS have released a brand new music video!
The new music video, for the track Black Lungs, is taken from the British metal band’s hotly anticipated new album, For Those That Wish To Exist, which is scheduled to be released in February next year.
The band have also shared the post-apocalyptic video for the new song, directed by Jeb Hardwick. The track calls for us to examine the role we are currently playing in the destruction of the world with barren landscapes, and foreshadowing of extinction.

“This album was me looking at our inability to change to a way of life that would sustain the human race and save the planet,” summarises principal songwriter Dan Searle about the upcoming album. “I wanted to look in the mirror and ask ourselves the question of what are <we> going to do, as opposed to trying to point the finger at politicians. Change has to start on a personal level. The world has developed a culture of wanting someone else to deal with it, when we need to take our own responsibility. It has to start there.”
For Those That Wish To Exist is set for release on February 21st via Epitaph Records. Pre-orders are available now and can be purchased here.
