Argovia release new music video for ‘Mountains’

ARGOVIA have released a brand new single!

The Colombian progressive rock band have unveiled their latest track Mountains. The song serves as the second preview of their upcoming album, scheduled for release in 2026, following on from previous single, Where Do We Go, which was released back in September.

Speaking about the new single, vocalist and guitarist Ani Guillén says, “Mountains was born from a very deep emotional place. It’s a song about hitting rock bottom, feeling lost in an existential void, and finding your way out through someone who truly connects with you, reminds you who you are, and helps you escape the emptiness.” She adds, “we wanted the music to reflect that sense of ascent, of energy building up.”

Keyboardist Carlos Arminio explains, “from the beginning, we knew we wanted an 80s-inspired sound, but approached from a modern perspective. We built the whole track from the keyboards – we didn’t even touch the guitar until the end.”
