Ashes Of Billy release new song ‘Something About Your Smille’

ASHES OF BILLY have released a brand new song!

The new song, titled Something About Your Smile, taken from the Danish teenage grunge band’s upcoming new EP, Obscene, which is scheduled to be released in March this year.

The new song is the second single to be released from the upcoming EP, following on from Feel You Around, which was released last month.

Speaking about the new song, the band says, “Something About Your Smile is a bittersweet summer song with an ironic twist. Lyrically the song is about moving on, and the struggle of letting go of something important and meaningful to you. While making Something About Your Smile we wanted to have a positive vibe in the song, but still have lyrics that aren’t as positive as the melodies and riffs. We also wanted the song to have some sort of a summer vibe in it. The uplifting guitar licks combined with melancholic lyrics, render the song a testament to the inner conflicts of youth, where you try to keep up good spirits in the relationship, although you know that letting go is for the better.”
