AVKRVST announce debut album ‘The Approbation’
AVKRVST have announced their debut album!
Titled The Approbation, the upcoming album from the Norwegian progressive rock/metal band is their debut full-length album, and is scheduled to be released in June this year, via InsideOut Music.
All the music for the upcoming debut album has been written at a small cabin, deep into the Norwegian forests. The cover artwork for The Approbation was created by Berlin-based artist and illustrator Eliran Kantor, who is well-known for his intriguing cover creations for metal bands.
Alongside the announcement of the debut album, the band have released a new music video for the previously released single The Pale Moon. Speaking about the new music video, the band says, “the video for The Pale Moon is portraying a lonesome soul and his daily chores on a cabin far away from civilization – on his journey towards the end of life. All faith and hope is gone and the character is starting to lose his mind. Is he alone? Is there someone else present? Or is it just his mind playing games?”
