Axe Dragger release new song ‘Shock ‘Em Dead’

AXE DRAGGER have released their brand new single, Shock ’Em Dead!

The track is taken from the American heavy metal supergroup’s forthcoming self‑titled debut album Axe Dragger, which is set to be released on March 6th via Ripple Music.

Speaking about the new single, guitarist Bob Balch says, “I wrote the music to this song after watching the ’90s horror film of the same name. It’s one of the best movies ever made, about a guy who can barely play guitar, sells his soul to the devil to become a rock star, and then has to kill people to survive. I first saw it in eighth grade with the bass player from my band, MINOTAUR, at like one in the morning. We completely lost our minds. I’ve been obsessed with it ever since.”

Drummer Phil Campbell adds, “this is my favorite song off the record! Everything is perfect in the most metal way! The guitar riff, the bass, the epic vocals, and huge drums! Came together so easy like it was meant to be! I hope everyone enjoys it as much as we do!”
