Balance And Composure release new music video for ‘any means’
BALANCE AND COMPOSURE have released a new music video!
The new music video, for the track any means, is taken from the American alternative band’s upcoming new album, With You In Spirit, which is scheduled to be released in October this year, via Memory Music.
The new single intends to find vocalist/guitarist Jon Simmons uprooting and examining all of the supports on which life is built — Pre-emptive grief, wrestling with god and faith, familial responsibility and mortality; these are the things Simmons was carrying while writing this material. They’re also things he was trying, for better and worse, to avoid.

Will Yip‘s contribution on production, co-writing, and even releasing the record via his own label cannot be understated, either, and it also explains why the band refers to him as an unofficial sixth member of the band. “I truly believe that this is the best collection of BALANCE AND COMPOSURE songs there’s ever been,” he says. “It has the heavy stuff, it has the fast stuff, it has the groovy stuff. It has everything they’ve worked on over the last 12 years.”
“I began to feel like a kid again,” says vocalist/guitarist Jon Simmons. “We were writing these songs for the pure reason of having an outlet and getting together with your friends, no pressure. We were longing for it, and we found it as soon as we got together. We didn’t want that train to stop.”
With You In Spirit is set for release on October 4th via Memory Music. Pre-orders are available now and can be purchased here.
