Battlesnake announce new album ‘The Rise And Demise Of The Motorsteeple’
BATTLESNAKE have announced a new album!
Titled The Rise And Demise Of The Motorsteeple, the upcoming album from the Australian metal band is the follow-up to 2023’s self-titled album, and is scheduled to be released in June this year, via self-release.
Alongside the announcement of the new album, the band have released a new song from the upcoming album; Alpha & Omega. The new song is the second single to be released from the upcoming album, following on from Motorsteeple, which was released last month.
Speaking about the new song, the band says, “Alpha & Omega represents the further uncoiling of BATTLESNAKE lore; it captures the adventurous energy of this album in five and half minutes of thematic and sonic carnage. This song harks back to prog rock times gone by where the structure is unexpected, the solos are exploratory and the guitar harmonies are unashamed. The beginning and the end, All Hail BATTLESNAKE!”
