Big Mono release new song ‘Truth Be Told’

BIG MONO have released a new song!

Titled Truth Be Told, the latest single from the groove-driven classic rock band follows the release of their debut track A Thousand Times in September last year. The song was recorded by Mark Anderson at Tileyard Studios N1; mixed by Sean Genockey and mastered by Ed Woods.

Speaking about the new song, guitarist Neil explains, “Truth be Told speaks of the age old relationship struggles that most can relate to. The song’s punchy groove and insistent chorus originally had the working title of “ZZ Stop” as a tip of the hat to a major influence of the band.”

Drummer Dan Kavanagh adds, “I was definitely inspired by the song Precious and Grace drum wise – I’ve at least borrowed Frank Beard’s groove there, possibly nicked it. But if you get a chance in life to do what ZZ TOP would do, you should do it.”
