blanket release new music video for ‘Hole In My Head’

UK shoegaze outfit BLANKET have released a brand new music video!

he video, for the track Hole In My Head, is the band’s third single of the year, following on from Bind and Levitate.

Speaking about the new song, the band says, “lyrically, Hole In My Head came from that restless place where you’re grappling with the sense that something inside you isn’t quite right. But instead of spiraling, you’re reaching for something better, trying to learn and grow through the discomfort.”

They continue, “we stacked layers of guitars and vocals, drenching them in effects delays, reverbs, modulation until they blurred into this swirling soundscape. It’s textured, uneasy, almost like the audio equivalent of an anxious thought looping in your head. But there’s beauty in that chaos, too. It’s messy, it’s vulnerable, and it felt honest to what the song was trying to say.”
