Bloodbound release new music video for ‘As Empire Fall’

BLOODBOUND have released a brand new single!

The new track, As Empires Fall, is the second single to be lifted from the Swedish power metal band’s upcoming album, Field Of Swords, which is scheduled to be released on November 21st via Napalm Records. The single is accompanied by an official music video.

Speaking about the new song, keyboardist Fredrik Bergh says, “this song originally came from Patrik Selleby. He had most of the song written except for the chorus. I had a bombastic chorus in the same tempo, and when we added that, it was a great fit. Patrik sings like a god on this one and the band is firing on all cylinders. One of my favourite tracks on the album.”

Guitarist Tomas Olsson adds, “As Empires Fall is telling the story about how the Crusades started when the Byzantine Empire called for aid because of the growing threat in the east.”
