Bloodstock Festival announce 12 new bands
11 new bands have been announced for this year’s Bloodstock Festival!
Following June’s announcement, which saw the likes of MOON REAPER, ROGUE LIMB, BY VIRTUE FALLS and more announced, now, the final 12 bands for this year’s festival have been confirmed!
Welsh metallers BLACK | LAKES have been announced as the victors of the contested battle to open The Sophie Lancaster Stage on Sunday morning. Elsewhere, Friday’s Hopical Storm New Blood Stage lineup welcomes Stoke champions SMOTHER and ABSOLENCE who clinched first place in the Burnley final. Saturday adds Oxford hard rock victors STONE SOUP, Cheltenham’s nu-metal/hardcore outfit CONVEY, and Brighton’s top pick CHUB. A bumper crop join Sunday’s lineup, including South Wales winners ROOT ZERO, Hitchin deathcore chiefs DEAD FLESH, SPACE PISTOL who took the gold for Northants, plus Devon & Cornwall victors ATOM SMASHER, Bristol defeaters FROGLORD, and last but not least CRUCIBLE, who claimed Coventry’s crown.
Bloodstock Festival 2024 is set to take place at Catton Park, Derbyshire from 8th August – 11th August 2024. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased here.
