Bloodstock Festival announce 27 new bands
Bloodstock Festival have announced 27 new bands for their 2026 edition!
Following the first wave of confirmed names last month – including LAMB OF GOD, JUDAS PRIEST, SEPULTURA, CARPENTER BRUT, LEPROUS and more – now, another 27 bands have been announced for next year’s festival!
As part of the festival’s 25th anniversary celebrations, the festival will now open the Ronnie James Dio main stage on Thursday, with SAXON confirmed to headline the opening night. Joining them are festival favourites EVIL SCARECROW and family-friendly metal act HEAVYSAURUS, who move up from the Sophie Lancaster Stage to the main stage.
Across the weekend, the Ronnie James Dio Stage will also host:
- SKYND, PARTY CANNON, and BATTLESNAKE on Friday
- INHUMAN NATURE on Saturday
- KITTIE, CASTLE RAT, GRAPHIC NATURE, and BOOTYARD BANDITS on Sunday
Meanwhile, the Sophie Lancaster Stage expands with:
Friday
- EXCREMENTORY GRINDFUCKERS, HIDDEN INTENT, SELLSWORD, NECKBREAKKER, SEETHING AKIRA, and HAMMER
Saturday
- STAMPIN GROUND, URNE, CELESTIAL SANCTUARY, VIKING SKULL, BOUND IN FEAR, IMPERIUM, and FROGLORD
Sunday
- MUSHROOMHEAD, DREAM STATE, and TRIVAX
With approximately 125 bands set to appear over the festival weekend next August, Bloodstock Festival 2026 is shaping up to be one of the biggest editions yet. Early bird, campervan, and VIP tickets are already sold out, and weekend tickets are over 90% gone.
Bloodstock Festival 2026 is set to take place at Catton Park, Derbyshire from 6th August – 9th August 2025. Tickets are available now and can be purchased here.
